It started with the best banana daiquiri she’d ever had.

One banana daiquiri in Turks and Caicos set the standard. Then she flew home.

The Search

Back home, nobody made one.

Cocktail bars, beach clubs, tiki menus — not a banana daiquiri in sight anywhere in the States. Just sad substitutes.

The Build

So she made her own.

Electric Banana started as a mission: bottle that golden, creamy, tropical feeling and send it straight into the night.

Batch 001: Chasing the Daiquiri

First test blend out of the tank: real banana, cold-pressed lime, and that creamy island finish. Close. Not there yet. Batch 002 is already queued.

The Label Gets Its Neon

Our sign maker turned the logo into glass and gas. The pink script buzzes exactly like the beach-bar sign that started this whole thing.

First Pour Party: Scouting Rooms

Hunting for a venue with a good floor and a better sound system. Waitlist members get the first invites the moment the date drops.
